At Snack Fest, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order. Orders once confirmed and dispatched cannot be cancelled. Since our products are food items and prepared fresh, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or consumed products.

Refunds Applicable Only In Case Of:

  • Product received in damaged condition

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Customers must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the package as proof.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
